- What is a "proof"?
A proof is a way of ensuring that we have set your type accurately and that everything is positioned according to your requirements. Typically, we will produce a proof which will be sent to you online or printed on paper which can be viewed in our store or delivered to you in person.
On multiple color jobs, we can produce a color proof on our color output device to show how the different colors will appear.
- Why do I need to look at a proof if I've already given you everything I need to have done?
We employ human beings to produce your work and, last time we checked, humans are not perfect. Your approval on the final proof is assurance that you have looked over every aspect of our work and approve it as accurate. It benefits everyone if errors are caught in the proofing process rather than after the job is completed and delivered.
- Do I still need to approve a proof if I bring my work in on disk?
Yes. We can provide a proof in many different ways. A soft proof (PDF or website based) is an alternate to a hard copy proof. The provides protection of you our customer to be assured that the file that we received is accurate for color and what you looking for us to provide.

- How do I go about getting an estimate from you?

- Can you mail my piece?
Yes, we provide all types of mailing services from list procurement, to accurate postal address verification, to variable data. We can store, sort and handle all of our mailing needs, including list management.

- What is Fulfillment Services? Do you provide that?Fulfillment services are a service that we provide to many of our customers. We have the ability to store your material, inventory it, prepare kits or mailings, and process through various methods of shipment. We can mail, ship UPS or arrange for any other standard overnight service. Do you have a project that you need help? Call our customer service and we will provide you with many options.
