Eli has been employed in the printing business since the age of 16. He has worked in every facet of the offset printing industry from sweeping floors, computerized color correction, to managing an entire printing operation.

Throughout the years Eli’s employers enjoyed his talent on the press, mechanical aptitude and his desires to seek new challenges and exceed expectations. His reputation landed him such jobs as a repair technician for A.B. Dick, doing press demos for Hamada, and being a prepress liaison for Fineline Graphics, whose nationwide clients include Coca Cola, Hershey Foods and Slimfast among others.

Eli’s exhaustive work experience combined with his amazing eye for color made him a sought after commodity in the Rhode Island printing community. Paul Carroll took notice and actively sought him out for a press operator position. His talent and experience in so many aspects of printing became apparent to everyone. He quickly became THE “Go to” person at American Printing.

His dedication, constant work to improve quality, and ability to troubleshoot problems in all departments earned him the position of Production Manager. Eventually, Paul needed someone to oversee the whole operation as the company grew, and Eli was promoted to General Manager.

Eli is responsible for much of American Printing's growth. He has secured a lot of the talent and streamlined the workflow.

He is one of the principle architects in American Printing’s growth. Working with Paul, the blueprint for growth was laid down and we are succeeding in our goals.

Eli is a motorcycle enthusiast and can be found in the summer at many local bike runs on his custom motorcycle which he assembled himself. One could see heads turning in the summer when it’s parked in American Printing’s parking lot. His dream is to ride cross-country.
